Youth Work Experience Event May 9, 3-5pm

Guest Speaker Patrick Callaghan, mock interviews, youth work roster sign up, resume critique, group life coaching and snacks!

Patrick Callaghan is a transformational coach and keynote speaker dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential by building confidence, strengthening mindset, and reshaping identity from the inside out. As the founder of Winning From Within, Patrick guides both youth and adults to move beyond self-doubt and step into disciplined, purpose-driven lives.

Gain knowledge about how a board of directors and committee functions including Roberts Rules.

Bring a youth perspective, initiatives, programs and opportunities to BADAS decisions. Help shape the future opportunities for youth in our community.

Be a Farmer

Work with mentors and as a team with other youth to develop a farm business, market it and earn money selling produce you've grown all summer.

Volunteer

Access valuable work experience opportunities to build your resume and skill set to prepare you for entering the workforce.
