Beaumont & District Agricultural Society (BADAS) offers unserviced RV parking and camping, including tent camping, for folks that are attending various community events in the Beaumont area such as the Beaumont Music Festival and baseball tournaments. BADAS Registration for RV & Tent Camping

Welcome to BADAS event Camping. We provide un-serviced camping and tenting space at a cost of $25 per night per unit (no GST charged). To complete your booking, please e-Transfer the required funds ($25 per night) to bookings@beaumontagsociety.com. The funds will be accepted and deposited automatically.

If you will be arriving early, for example on Friday early morning, please let us know. All campers are expected to leave the site no later than noon the day after the event concludes. Changes or additions to your registration can be made at the Check-In table at the Fairground Gate. Passes should be pre-purchased online. See "PAYMENT" details below.

Please observe the following rules/guidelines:

  • Follow volunteer attendant’s instructions for check-in and parking
  • Volunteers onsite during the day; volunteer security overnight
  • No open fires
  • No glass containers outside RV
  • Gobeil Heritage Barn – not yet stabilized so off-limits (video monitoring active)

PAYMENT:
Cost of Camping: $25 per unit per night for camping.. Pay by e-Transfer to the email address bookings@beaumontagsociety.com (Note - all e-Transfers to this email address are deposited automatically). We cannot accept credit card payment for camping at this time. If you wish to make other arrangements for payment, please contact the General Manager at the same email address.
