The Beaumont & District Agricultural Society is organized by a volunteer board of 12 directors. They meet 10 or more times a year to plan, organize and govern the direction of the Society. Meetings are virtual or in person on the first Monday of every month unless there is a conflict or holiday then the date is changed. Meetings are open to membership to attend or to deliver presentations to the board of directors.
