The Society provides facilities and programs to support the development of positive leadership and teamwork skills in rural and urban youth. All opportunities will be thoroughly reviewed by the Board of Directors in this context.
The Society recognizes that benefits are gained from commercial advertising and sponsorship initiatives. Likewise, access to our user communities is a valuable commodity to advertisers in both the public and private sectors. Download our policy for your review and further consideration.

The Society appreciates the support of the 4-H Foundation of Alberta in this program. The Foundation seeks, receives, and administers resources to enhance 4-H in Alberta. In recognition of the valuable contributions of Agricultural Societies in this regard, the Foundation is pleased to administer planned gifts to our Society. The Society welcomes the partnership of the 4-H Foundation of Alberta in this program. The Foundation seeks, receives, and administers resources to enhance 4-H in Alberta. It recognizes the many contributions that Agricultural Societies make to the 4-H Program. The Foundation generously provides administrative support to this charitable tax receipts program. As of the summer, 2010, UFA has signed on to help BADAS achieve its Vision and Mission. Through their generous and long-term support, we have been able to complete the construction of a 30 stall pole barn to safely house livestock whilst overnighting at the Fairgrounds. Watch for the UFA signs to be erected on the South Pole Barn, a visible indication of their commitment to helping BADAS provide a diverse range of agricultural, recreational and cultural opportunities to residents in our District and Alberta's Capital Region.
Our Mascot is a donkey who captures many qualities of the Society - strong will and determination being the more flattering examples! Check it out and consider sponsoring him.
